Dispatch Times

All items are made to order and can take 2-3 weeks to produce.

Credit Card Validation

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment, then you will be notified of this immediately at the check-out stage.

In assessing your request for goods or services, we may use your information to prevent and detect fraud. One of the purposes we may disclose your address and postcode details is to check against the IMRG Security Alert or any other Fraud Prevention Scheme. At all times where we disclose your information, it will remain secure. If you believe your details are incorrect, you may correct those details by following the procedure set out in our privacy policy.

Product Information

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on the website as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the product's colour on delivery.

All sizes and measurements are approximate; however, we make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated, the sizes indicated are UK sizes. Please refer to the size guide for clarification.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct when the relevant information is entered into the system. However, we reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.

All deliveries should be checked immediately. If there are any damages or shortages, these must be reported immediately on the same day. We make every effort to dispatch your goods on the date agreed. However, we can not be held responsible for delayed goods or any sub-sequential losses incurred once they have left our premises.

Returns

We are committed to customer service. All of our items are made to order, we do not accept returns and only offer exchanges on damaged items.

If you have received the wrong or faulty items, please get in touch with us, and we will raise a collection and send the correct items out to you. Please check your items before decorating or altering them. We will not accept any items that have been decorated or altered under any circumstances.

Statutory Rights

Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

Purchase Of Products

When you place an order on our website, we shall email you an acknowledgement. Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed, you will not be able to change your order, so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button. We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following: The product ordered being unavailable from stock Our inability to obtain authorization of payment The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

Where applicable, you may cancel your order by your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.

Delivery

We make every effort to dispatch your goods on the date agreed. However, we can not be held responsible for delayed goods or any sub-sequential losses incurred once they have left our premises. We are not liable for any import duty or taxes required during the import process to countries outside the UK.
